The 160 square metre location offers everything you need for successful team formats: a large workshop room, two additional breakout rooms, two balconies with a view of the city's rooftops (and, with a bit of luck, the Elbphilharmonie concert hall), high-speed WiFi, whiteboards, TVs with Apple TV for wireless presentations, a fully equipped kitchen and lounge elements for creative breaks. Whether offsite, meeting, team event or negotiation - this is where functionality meets atmosphere.

Sustainability is not just an empty phrase for us, it is part of everyday life. Our Urban Workshop Loft is consistently designed for paperless working - whiteboards, digital tools and structured processes make it easy to do without printouts.
Our drinks and fruit come exclusively from local suppliers. We also carefully separate our waste in all areas to promote recycling.
We also pay attention to efficiency when it comes to energy consumption: radiators are equipped with automatic controls and electricity is used consciously - for example, by consistently switching off monitors in the evening. When it comes to cleaning, we rely on environmentally friendly cleaning agents and partners who work sustainably.

Our Urban Workshop Loft offers 160 m² of space for up to 30 people (normal seating) - ideal for team events, workshops, offsites or creative meetings. There is standing room for up to 60 people.
