The place for events

The Design Centre is located in the heart of HafenCity and offers space for exhibitions and events of all kinds.

Space

Designed in an industrial look by the Hamburg architecture and design office Stephen Williams Associates, the Design Centre offers a special atmosphere. The rooms can be used for conferences, exhibitions, product presentations, panel discussions, lectures, receptions and much more.

The event space on the ground floor has a total area of around 350 m² and can accommodate around 100 people. Additional utilisation and seating options are available in the library on the gallery and the conference room on the upper floor.

Location

The Design Zentrum Hamburg with a view of Magdeburg harbour is centrally located in Hamburg city centre. The main railway station and airport are within easy reach thanks to public transport connections. Paid parking is available in the in-house multi-storey car park.

Consultancy

We are happy to advise you on the various usage and design options and also offer event technicians and other services for the realisation of events. Hybrid and streaming events are also possible on request. A tour of the premises is possible by prior arrangement.
