The historic Kontorhaus offers you an outstanding location with restaurants, cafés and bars in the immediate vicinity. Museums, theatres and the opera are only a few minutes away; the nearby Dammtor railway station ensures optimal transport connections. Numerous hotels, shopping areas, the Gänsemarkt, the Binnenalster and the beautiful Planten un Blomen park are all within easy walking distance.
The right equipment for you
Our professionally equipped rooms leave nothing to be desired: Modern seminar technology and high-quality catering ensure a pleasant setting. If you are planning a technical training course, we offer IT support to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
All training rooms have natural daylight and cooling and are equipped with a projector, whiteboard and large presentation area. They are suitable for 8 to 12 people, but events for larger groups of up to 24 people are also possible.
Do you need a conference room without additional technology or a seminar room with PC workstations? The choice is yours! The workstation PCs are equipped with Windows 10 and Internet access via WLAN. If you have any other requirements for the technical environment, our IT team will be happy to help you.

Catering according to your wishes
We offer various catering options for your event. In the spacious break area of our Training Centre you can enjoy hearty snacks, healthy fruit and/or coffee and cake. For hot meals, you have a choice of various restaurants in the area, and if you would like a relaxed get-together after the event, we will take care of that too.

What sustainability initiatives does the venue implement?
Environmental protection at ExperTeach
The companies in the ExperTeach Group are completely focussed on services. There is no industrial or manual production.
Nevertheless, the operation of the ExperTeach Training Centres and the travel activities of our employees mean that there are various areas in which environmental aspects play a role. We take numerous measures to ensure that energy consumption and CO2 emissions are reduced.
Energy: power consumption and cooling
By raising the room temperature in our server rooms from approx. 22°C to 25°C, we save electricity for cooling all year round.
At our Training Centre in Frankfurt/Dietzenbach, we use geothermal cooling (geocooling) to cool the server rooms and training rooms. This cooling is sufficient from October to May. Only from around June to September is more electricity required for additional cooling capacity. Thanks to the geocooling concept, we save between 70 and 80 MWh of electrical energy per year.
We are continuously modernising our IT hardware. In doing so, we are reducing the power consumption of IT systems by using the latest devices and energy-efficient IT concepts.
Energy: Heating
The ExperTeach team is required to set temperatures moderately during the heating period and to operate shock ventilation in the offices and training rooms.
Temperatures are lowered in rooms that are not in use in order to avoid unnecessary heat consumption.
An emergency plan is in place in the event of a cold spell.
Water consumption
At the Frankfurt/Dietzenbach site, water for flushing toilets is obtained from a rainwater cistern.
CO2 reduction when travelling
The ExperTeach team is recommended to use the train as an environmentally friendly means of transport when travelling on business.
The company's company cars are gradually being converted to electromobility.
