Kai 17 is 17 metres above the ground and offers an impressive view over the Mainz customs harbour to the Rhine - including a spacious roof terrace and kitchen.

Pier 3 - Studio for sound, film & streaming

Whether it's a podcast, promotional video or livestream - at Pier 3, you can take control of the production yourself. The in-house studio is equipped with professional audio and video technology and is ideal for recordings, streaming productions or digital events.
