The Sprechwerk is a stage for world premieres and experiments in the free performing arts. With its 160 sqm stage, it is one of the largest and most beautiful off-theatres in Hamburg. The spectrum ranges from drama to dance theatre, children's theatre, performance, cabaret and improv theatre. In recent years it has made a name for itself with the world premieres of new Hamburg authors.
