KUNST BLOCK BALVE

The KUNST BLOCK BALVE has been an integral part of Munich's cultural landscape for over six years. As the largest independent art space in Europe, it unites art, music and subculture under one roof.

The former warehouses in Westend provide a platform for exhibitions, film productions, corporate events, conferences, product presentations and private parties on an area of around 2,200 m².

The rooms"Panorama","Black Cube","Red Room","Workshop" and the recently added"second floor" can be flexibly combined and are suitable for events of all sizes.

All rooms at Kunst Block Balve are equipped with a Cat7 infrastructure. A fully functioning lighting and sound system is also installed throughout the venue, providing a comprehensive technical infrastructure for streaming, film shoots and show productions. Our truss pipe system ensures suspension points on the ceiling.

A goods lift, which is also used as the main access to the location, can transport up to 2.2 tonnes or 29 people at a time. Even the transport of a car can be realised through the window front of the panorama room.

The Kunst Block Balve is easy to reach by public transport, as there are bus, S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations in the central vicinity. Parking is available in a multi-storey car park in the immediate vicinity.
